Carly and I were very close childhood friends. I would ride my bike to her house almost every day after school, jumping on her trampoline or playing upstairs... we spent winter breaks playing in the snow while my dad pulled us around on a make-shift sled, we went on camping trips to Honobia, Oklahoma, chased geese on the plantation golf course in the early morning hours, we performed a dance to "Lets get it started" by the Black Eyed Peas for one of our elementary school talent shows... I didn’t know Carly personally, but I live here in Frisco 5 minutes from your family, and we are a family full of Aggies. I’m also a mom of two teenage daughters. I have been so heartbroken over Carly’s death, and think about her everyday. Praying so incredibly hard for your family❤️

Carly was my best friend for most of elementary school and some of middle school. I still remember spending every weekend at her house or mine, going to her family’s lake house for the Fourth of July, auditioning for the fifth grade talent show together. I have never known someone so pure of heart and so dedicated to helping any living thing. She will be missed by anyone who ever knew her kind soul

Our daughter is a soph and KD at A&M, and we have been praying non-stop for Carly and her family. Without ever even knowing Carly, it’s clear that she was an incredibly kind and caring soul. We continue to pray for comfort and strength for those who will no doubt carry forth these traits in her memory.
